Attention: Present and Former Hourly Employees of Applebee's Restaurants in Illinois
Two lawsuits are proceeding in
federal court in Chicago against AppleIllinois, LLC, a franchisee of Applebee's International. The lawsuits allege
that wage violations, including non-payment of minimum wage and overtime wages, occurred at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill
& Bar establishments located in Illinois.
